Report an issue
Already using the add-on? Use its built-in "Report an issue" form (sidebar menu) - it attaches a screenshot and the exact spreadsheet context automatically, so we can help faster than an email alone.

A data source won't connect - what do I check first?
Make sure you're signed into the Google/Meta/Shopify account that actually has access to the property, ad account, or store you're trying to connect - Metricfied can only see what that signed-in account can see. If a connection that used to work suddenly stops, the most common cause is the underlying permission being revoked on Google's or Meta's side (Google Account -> Security -> Third-party access, or Facebook -> Settings -> Business Integrations) - reconnecting from the add-on's Profiles tab usually fixes it.
My report isn't refreshing on schedule.
Check the Schedule tab inside the add-on for the report's status - a scheduled refresh can silently stop if the underlying data source connection expired (see above) or if the sheet's owner account changed. Reconnecting the data source resumes scheduled refreshes automatically.
I hit a plan limit (data sources or reports) - how do I upgrade?
From the add-on sidebar's upgrade prompt, or directly at metricfied.com/pricing.html - pick a plan and you'll go straight into checkout, with a 14-day free trial before anything is charged.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
From your account dashboard at app.metricfied.com/account, click "Manage billing" - that opens Stripe's own billing portal where you can change plans, update payment details, or cancel, without emailing support.
Is my data safe?
See the full Privacy Policy - in short, report data is written straight into your own Google Sheet, not copied to a database Metricfied operates.
Still stuck?
Email [email protected] with what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and a link to the spreadsheet if you can share it - that's usually enough to diagnose most issues without back-and-forth.
